Warum ist es wichtig, meine LifeWave-Kunden-ID beim Bezahlen korrekt anzugeben?

Please make sure you enter your LifeWave Customer ID number accurately at checkout.  

Your Customer ID is required to correctly assign Qualifying Volume (QV) to your account.  

If your ID is entered incorrectly or missing, your QV will not be applied to your account after the event.   

Double-check your Customer ID before completing your purchase to ensure your QV is credited properly. 

Can I buy items directly at the store? 

No. All purchases must be made online through our dedicated website.  

The store will not accept any form of payment (cash or card) on-site. 

You can conveniently complete your online purchase there and pick up your items once your order is confirmed. 

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email. We’re unable to locate orders using names alone, having your confirmation ensures a smooth and quick pickup.

Can I order before the event? 

Yes. The store will open Wednesday, June 10 prior to the event. We recommend ordering early as some items are limited and may sellout.

What if I can’t pick up my order during the store’s opening hours? 

All orders must be picked up during the designated store hours. 

Any orders not picked up by 19:00 PM on Saturday, June 13 will be automatically cancelled and refunded after the event.

When can I pick up my order? 

Order pickup begins at 13:00 PM on Friday, June 12.

Is there a time limit to pick up my order? 

Yes, all orders must be picked up before the store closes on the final day of the event.

Final pick-up time is 19:00 PM on Saturday, June 13. 

Any uncollected orders will be automatically cancelled, and refunds will be issued. Please make sure to collect your items within the store hours.

Can someone else pick up my order? 

Yes. They must present your order confirmation email. We recommend forwarding it to them in advance.

Are the items in the store limited or exclusive? 

Yes. All merchandise and product bundles offered at the LightUp Congress Munich are limited-edition and exclusive.

Once sold out, they will not be restocked, so order early to secure your favorites.

Are there product discounts available at the LightUp Congress? 

Yes. Select LifeWave products and bundles will be available at exclusive congress-only discounted prices.

These discounts are available in person only at LightUp Congress 2026 and cannot be applied to online orders, autoship, or future purchases.

Do you offer shipping items? 

No. Shipping is not available for any items. All purchases must be picked up in person at the Product & Merchandise Store before Saturday, 13 June.

Shipping will not be offered after the event.

How do I place an order? 

While attending LightUp Congress Munich, you can place your order online via Shopify and then pick it up at the Product & Merchandise Store located in Foyer(PlatzlI).

Can I add product promotions to my monthly subscription order? 

No. Product promotions cannot be added to monthly subscription orders.

Is there a limit on how many product promotions I can purchase? 

No. There is no purchase limit on eligible product promotions.

Will I earn QV for buying any of the LifeWave products or bundles? 

Yes, QV will be applied for LifeWave product purchases only. Your QV will appear in your account by Sunday, June 21, as this is a manual process.

Merchandise items do not qualify for QV.

Can I have my order shipped if I can’t pick it up in person? 

No. Pickup only is available. If your order is not collected by 19:00 PM on Saturday, June 13, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed? 

Orders cannot be modified once they’re confirmed. However, if you need to cancel your order before pickup, please contact onsite LifeWave store staff as soon as possible.

Refund eligibility will depend on the order status.

What payment methods are accepted online? 

The online store accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as select digital payment options (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay).  

Payments will not be accepted at the physical store. 

What happens if I lose my order confirmation email? 

Please contact customerserviceeu@lifewave.com with the email address used to place your order or visit the Product & Merchandise store during the event.

What sizes will be available for merchandise? 

Apparel will be available in unisex sizes ranging from XS-3XL. 

Size samples will be available at the store so you can find your best fit before purchasing.

Will merchandise be restocked during the event? 

No. Quantities are limited and will not be restocked once sold out. We recommend placing your order early to avoid disappointment.

What if my order is damaged or missing an item? 

Please check your order at pickup. If there’s any issue with your items, notify a store team member immediately so we can assist. 

Post-event issues must be reported within 48 hours by emailing customerserviceeu@lifewave.com 

Will taxes be included in the listed prices? 

Yes. All prices shown on the website include applicable taxes. The final amount will be confirmed at checkout before payment.
