Return and Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping at the LifeWave Product and Merchandise Store. Please review the following policy before completing your purchase. 

Event Store Policy 

All purchases made through this store are for collection at the event only. 

Returns & Exchanges 

  • No refunds or returns will be accepted once items have been collected  

  • Exchanges are permitted during the event only, subject to stock availability  

  • Due to limited inventory, sizes and styles cannot be guaranteed 

Final Sales 

All merchandise and product sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. 

Sizing & Fit 

  • There are mirrors available at the store 

  • A limited number of sample items may be available to try on  

  • Customers are responsible for checking sizing before completing purchase 

 

Order Changes & Cancellations 

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once placed  

  • Please review your order carefully before completing payment 

 

Uncollected Orders 

  • Orders not collected by 19:00, Saturday 13 June 2026 will be automatically cancelled and refunded after the event 

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items (EU Requirements) 

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item: 

  • Please notify a team member at the time of collection 

  • You will be offered a replacement or refund where applicable 

 

Refunds 

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method  

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
