Pickup Policy

Thank you for your interest in the LifeWave Product and Merchandise Store at the LightUp Congress Munich.

Please note that we do not offer shipping for any purchases made through the store. All items must be picked up in person during the conference.

Pickup Location

The Store Area located first floor of the Foyer (Platzl I).

Pickup Timing

Orders placed before the event will be ready for immediate collection upon arrival

Orders placed during the event will be ready within 15–20 minutes

Important

Please bring:

• Your order confirmation email
• Your LifeWave Brand Partner Number

Pickup Deadline

All orders must be collected by 19:00 PM on Saturday, June 13, 2026. Uncollected orders will be automatically cancelled and refunded after the event.
